WELCOME TO MY WORLD OF WRITING!
Ever since I was a boy I invented stories. In younger years it were mostly action stories, starring myself, wearing a plastic gun in the waistband of my tights.
Later my plots became more complex. I started telling my friends about movies that have never been shot. Eventually I began to write them down.
Old enough to conquer the world, I got dragged into the sparkling universe of commercials and ended up as a director pretty soon.
Focusing on life style and beauty I travelled over 30 countries around the planet, shooting a huge number of commercials, image films and portraits for the who is who of brands and agencies.
However, the deep urge to explore the wonderful element of language and tell stories with a deeper meaning has never left me. My first screenplay - a POLIZEIRUF 110 - was broadcast in 2007.
The search for the origin of the demonic side in us humans led me to my first novel KINDER DES BÖSEN / CHILDREN OF THE WICKED, published in 2012 and nominated for numerous awards. An English version shall be released in automn.
My current novel GRENZLAND / BORDERLAND is a suspenseful thriller about the question of what awaits us humans after we die. What are the values that best prepare us to cross this border between the known and the unknown in an upright and dignified way?

you have experienced a great story.
